Tonight we went and visited the fair. Lots of fun. We let the girls ride one ride, and this was Ava's face during her ride...(the fair worker tried to buckle her in and it FREAKED her out. So Daddy had to come in and buckle her up, but she was already traumatized! She eventually started smiling!)
Some lady had some left over grain to feed the animals at the petting zoo. Brooklyn had lots of fun feeding the goats and kept asking for "moe." (more)

Good seeing you last night. Looks like your kids enjoyed the fair also.
We were too busy with sports and house painting to make the fair. I thought of you guys since we were both so poor last summer and still made it. I think that skating thing has been there for awhile. They have ice skating in the winter and it's free if you have skates. If not $5 to rent them. We loved it. Too bad we didn't know about it while you were here.
